WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for a response. Note that availability is from Monday through Friday.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS:

all sales are final.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

If an item is damaged, a refund will be offered if the customer contacts us via email within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered. The customer must include a photo of the damaged product and provide tracking number details.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS MISSING?

In the event that your product never arrives, please contact us via email within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered. Once notified, the supply holder will be contacted, so please allow an additional 5–10 business days for a reshipment or refund. There is no reimbursement for items in cases of theft.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact somoslarium@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed through fulfillment center

Once your order is processed — typically within 1 to 3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product page) — delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 10 to 30 business days for your package to arrive.
